Obviously no, there will always be a need and want to purchase a new home, and for those lucky enough to have lots of money....they don't care what kind of market it is.....if they want to spend it they will, and the fact there are more homes to choose from actually makes this a great market for buyers!  If you are looking for a particular style, size, location, or design.....this is the market for you!
